Village Board meetings are on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the Board Room of Village Hall at 6:00 pm, unless otherwise noted.
Trustee Benline is a local Fenwick High School Graduate; and received a Bachelor’s of Legal Studies from Robert Morris University; she is a Paralegal, licensed Illinois Realtor and serves as a Small Business Ambassador for the BDC. She is a resident of Westchester of over eight years.
Proud Mother and avid supporter and volunteer of Westchester Baseball. When Trustee Benline is not working, she is happily volunteering her time serving her neighbors and friends as a Member of the Westchester Chamber of Commerce, where she passionately supports small business and is dedicated to bringing more business and economic development to Westchester. Gia’s enthusiastic drive and determination collaboratively compliments the business and passion of the people of Westchester. She was recently nominated for the Peggy A. Montes Unsung Heroine Award for 2023. Trustee Benline is a proud wife of an IBEW Local 134 Electrician and was raised by a Union Carpenter. Trustee Benline is a Board Member of the Home & School Association at Ascension School, Volunteer at Aging Care Connections and Senior Fresh Food Market, and proud member of the Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans. She is the founder & creator of her weekly Facebook “Hump Day Highlight”, which highlights business in Westchester and surrounding areas and is the co-host on Westchester’s own podcast, “The Westchatter.”
Trustee Marzano is a father of three successful adult children, a Westchester Resident of 6 years. 32 years in the Wine Importing Industry managing and negotiating with some of the largest retail chains in the United State. These include Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, Wal-Mart, Jewel-Osco, and Walgreens to name a few.
Former Series 7 license holder that familiarizes me with the inner workings of the financial markets including Municipal Bond Markets. Trustee Marzano has been building computers for over 25 years and is highly acclimated to both hardware and software technology. Trustee Marzano has owned a Photography business for 20 years. His interests and passions include charitable work, the welfare of animals and the environment.
Trustee Vann is dedicated to building stronger, and more connected communities. Currently, as a Neighborhood and Community Investment Specialist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), she conducts a detailed analysis of disposition applications and monitors the funding for land reposition requests for grants for mixed-finance programs. She has also managed multi-million-dollar property portfolios and coordinated inter-governmental efforts on a national level. Victoria serves on the Federal Inter-Agency Working Group on Youth Initiatives and the inaugural Equity Action team to implement equity-driven policies. Trustee Vann has been the subject matter expert on community reinvestment initiatives while liaising with shareholders, NFPs, NGOs, local municipalities, and community stakeholders.
Trustee Vann is active in civic and trade organizations, and a philanthropist. She earned her M.S. in Communications and Leadership (Northwestern University); B.A. in Industrial Organization Psychology (DePaul University); Women’s Entrepreneurship Certificate Program (Cornell University); Leadership Fellow (Oak Park-River Forest Community Foundation); Member: National Association of Professional Women (NAPW); Board of Directors: Living Art, NFP (Education and Culture). In 2015 she founded the Eugene Baker-Joy Vann Memorial Foundation (EBJV) in tribute to her family’s legacy of service. The foundation provides scholarships, academic support, and encouragement to young adult diverse learners as they navigate the college, trade school, and university system.
