About the Administration and Finance Departments

The Administration Department is led by the Village Manager, who oversees the day-to-day operations and delivery of services. The Village Manager is responsible for the efficient administration of all departments.

The Finance Department maintains the responsible use, investment, and security of Village funds. In this manner, they prepare the annual budget and tax levy, work with external auditors to prepare a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. On a day-to-day basis, functions include: Utility Billing, Vehicle Stickers, and General Services.
