My goal as a therapist is to help you prioritize yourself in a way that leads to growth and a life worth celebrating. Growth can be as straightforward as learning to cope with a difficult situation, or as complex as charting a brand new life for yourself. Together, we will work to uncover your unfulfilled needs, the related obstacles, and any thoughts and perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling life.
