The Westchester Police Department uses LexisNexis Coplogic Solutions (e-crash_ for the purposes of completing accident reports.  If you were involved in an accident within the boundaries of the VIllage of Westchester, the Officer should have given you a card that has specific information regarding your accident and how you can access that report online.

Illinois statute requires that the driver of a vehicle that is in any matter involved in a crash shall, as soon as possible but not later than 10 days after the crash, compolete an Illinois Motorist Report.  Drivers must access the driver information exchange application, the report number and the date of crash to complete the motorist report.

It may take up to 24 hours for the State of Illinois to assign a control number to the traffic crash report and for the information to be available.  This field may be filled with N/K, if not yet available.
