Village Board
President Paul Gattuso
President Paul Gattuso has served the Village of Westchester as a former member of the Westchester Zoning Board and then as Village Trustee since 1997. He was elected to the office of Village President in April 2005. President Gattuso is an active supporter in many local organizations including the Kiwanis Club, and the Westchester Chamber of Commerce. His restaurant, Paul's Pizza and Hot Dogs has been a local favorite in town for over 23 years and proud sponsor of many youth and athletic organizations.

Kathryn Hayes
Clerk Hayes was first elected to office in April 1989 and has been re-elected for four consecutive terms since 1989. She received her bachelors' degree (Elementary Education - 1979) and her master's degrees (Educational Administration - 1989) from Northern University. Clerk Hayes has been in the field of education since 1979. She worked for the Archdiocese of Chicago School System for 23 years, both as a teacher and as a principal, and is currently employed as a school administrator in Cook County School District #89. Clerk Hayes has lived in Westchester since 1979.

Trustee Barbara Bailey-Rollag

Trustee Bailey was elected to office in the April 2005 election. She is married with three children and is a lifelong resident of the Village of Westchester . Trustee Bailey received her law degree from John Marshall Law School and has been an Assistant State 's Attorney for Cook County since 1991. She is involved in numerous youth activities and is an active volunteer for Misericordia.
Trustee Neil Boyle

Trustee Boyle and his wife, Jennifer (Smith) Boyle, who is president of the Westchester Public Library Board, have three children.
Trustee Boyle is a current Fire Pension Board Member, a team captain for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life in Westchester, an active member of Indian Guides, a former United Way Board Member, and a Veterun volunteer.
Trustee Boyle is a Holy Name Men’s Club Board Member, a coach with Westchester Baseball, and a member of the Westchester Community Image Council.
Neil has a degree in accounting from St. Mary's College in Winona, and is a Project Executive with Gibson Electric Co., Inc. Neil is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD®) and a member of the Building Industry Consulting Service International, Inc. Trustee Boyle was elected to office in the April 2007 election.

Trustee Patrick Casey

Trustee Casey has been resident of Westchester for more than 40 years, and has served as a village trustee from 1997 – 2005. He and his wife, Ronny, have two children, and have a long history of involvement in the community. Trustee Casey is the membership chairman of the Westchester Lions Club, a charter member of the Westchester Community Image Council, and has been active with Westchester baseball, girls softball and Raiders Club football.
Trustee Casey is former Divine Infant School Board Member, a 14-year member of the Holy Name Men’s Club Board, and a Eucharistic Minister. He is a member of the Nazareth Father’s Club. Pat just celebrated his 20th year of employment with Precision Brand Products, 17 of which he served as the company's National Sales Manager. For the past three years he has served as the Purchasing Manager and is a member of the national Purchasing Managers Association. Trustee Casey was elected to office in the April 2007 election.
Trustee Rick Fox

Trustee Fox is currently a vice president with Fleishman-Hillard International Communications. He and his wife Paige have two young boys, Jeremy and Eli. Trustee Fox was born and raised in the area and an alumnus of St. Joseph High School.
Trustee Fox serves as a member of the Public Affairs Committee for Aspire Illinois, a Westchester-based not-for-profit group that provides services to people with developmental disabilities. He is a member of the Westchester Chamber of Commerce. A veteran of the armed forces, Trustee Fox served four years in the U.S. Marines.
He holds a Master of Arts degree in public affairs reporting from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Trustee Fox was elected as an independent candidate for village trustee in 2003 and was re-elected to office in April 2007.
Trustee Rick Ryan

Trustee Ryan has lived in the Village of Westchester for 33 years where he and his wife have raised two daughters. He received his law degree from IIT/Chicago Kent College of Law and currently is a Chief Administrative Law Judge for the Illinois Department of Revenue. Trustee Ryan has been active in the Proviso West Booster's Club, coached Divine Infant volleyball and is currently Director of Operations for the Westchester Girls' Softball League. Trustee Ryan was elected to office in the April 2005 election.
