It is unlawful for any person to loiter, gather, collect or assemble on the property of the Westchester public school district 92 1/2 in violation of posted "no loitering" signs on the school property between the hours of nine a.m. and six a.m. (Ord. 79-943 § 1, 1979)

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars. (Ord. 79-943 § 2, 1979)
