7.32.010 Display--Permit rules generally.
The rules and regulations set out In this chapter shall
govern the granting of permits for supervised public displays of fireworks.

7.32.020 Permit--Application.
(a) Application must be made in writing to the president and
board of trustees fifteen days in advance of the date of the display.
(b) Applications must be signed by not less than three adult
individuals. (Ord. 560502 § § 1, 2, 1956)
7.32.030 Permit--Signature required.
All permits to be valid must be signed by the village
president. In his absence the permits may be signed by a village trustee to be
designated by the board of trustees to sign on behalf of the board of trustees.

7.32.040 Competent individual required.
Every display must be handled by a competent individual
approved by the president and board of trustees. The experience of the
individual must be certified to the president and board of trustees by the
applicants. (Ord. 56-502 § 4, 1956)
7.32.050 Standby service required.
Before a permit is issued arrangements must be made with the
village of Westchester fire department to provide for standby service to protect
life, limb and property in the village of Westchester. (Ord. 56-502 § 5,
1956)
